Who Is Rob (H.M.F.)? What do you do in Fired Up?  Bass guitar, vocals, and band mascot (a gorilla) What do you like to do on stage? Rock, dance, smile, and do anything to make Big Al, Trish, and Brad laugh. Most memorable moment on stage Big Al body slammed me at one of my first gigs with him.  I was going to jump up and bite his kneecaps, then I remembered his arms are bigger then my thighs.  Hence, I let him off easy this time (riiight).
